some are.. our population is being kept up to around 200 over or 100 over.. but not so many people are posting regularly.. only recognize some familiar ones like tsubaki.. errr..

Yep. All the others probably don't even WANT to post, aren't sure WHAT to post, and might be a little timid on the idea of just posting randomly and being like "hi!". Might be afraid we'll bite or something, lol.
